Clinical Interests

Sherronda works with individuals experiencing a range of issues including: anger, anxiety, bullying, defiance, depression, fear, grief and loss, hyperactivity, impulsivity, life transitions, poor school/work/life balance, relationship conflict, separation, self-esteem issues, stress, and/or trauma. She especially enjoys serving tweens, teens, young adults, professionals, parents, caregivers and families.

Clinical Approach

Sherronda partners with her clients to create safe spaces where specialized treatment and care can be provided. Upon building rapport and establishing a positive therapeutic relationship, she will work with you to identify your personalized goals and provide support while you courageously navigate your life experiences. Sherronda uses an interdisciplinary approach that combines appropriate treatment modalities and evidenced based practices, such as solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, task centered practices, systems theory, attachment theory and emotional focused therapy in effort to best meet your needs.
